join a peer support group
Our peer support groups are a safe, confidential and free space for refugees and asylum seekers to seek advice, make friends and get support.
Most of the groups are online, with the exception of Coffee & Connection in Manchester and IRIS in Brighton. We also have an online IRIS group for LGBTQ+ refugees and asylum seekers living outside of Brighton.
You can register for these groups below, and someone on the team will aim to be in touch within three weeks. If you are in need of immediate support, please call The Samaritans on 116 123, or the BOLOH helpline on 0800 151 2605.
